Hello! I'm Gaile a movement teacher who began this journey 25 years ago to solve my own lower back and hip issues. Since then, I've immersed myself in various movement techniques, helping hundreds or people to find a pain free life. My courses are designed to empower you with an understanding of your body's movements, pinpoint common compensatory patterns that cause pain, and introduce effective movements for lasting solutions. Recognizing everyone's busy schedules, my courses feature concise, deep-dive sessions and quick, repeatable movement routines to address your needs efficiently and effectively.
At 58 my body moves without aches and pains. I continue to see how much stronger and healthier I am using my own unique method of all the knowledge I have gained. Despite the fact we are all aging you can keep making changes that allow you to continue to do the things you love and take part in life. My passion to educate people to be able to take care of themselves and to move well to improve their overall health never diminishes. Ageing is an interesting process that gives me a constant challenge to learn how to get moving and stay moving regardless of what life throws at you. I hope I can inspire you to believe it is never too late to change anything in our endlessly adaptable bodies.
